Redpath Australia is on the hunt for Nippers and Offsiders to join our major Cowal Underground Project in West Wyalong, NSW — one of the largest and longest‑running projects in our portfolio.

If you’ve got a background in construction, labouring, farming, civil works or a trade, we want to hear from you. This is your chance to get underground and build a long‑term mining career with a global industry leader.

Location & Roster

  • 🏗 Cowal Project – West Wyalong, NSW
  • 🕒 Full‑time employment
  • 🔄 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster
  • 🌗 Rotating day & night shifts
  • DIDO for NSW residential candidates
  • ✅ DIDO benefit:
    Finish early on your final shift to comply with fatigue management requirements — while still being paid for the full 12‑hour shift
🏕 Camp Accommodation
